Введение. Концепция «Индустрия 4.0» или четвертая промышленная революция включает собирательные понятия таких технологий, как Интернет вещей, виртуальная и дополненная реальность, 3D-печать, печатная электроника, искусственный интеллект и пр. Цель статьи — анализ публикационной активности, посвященной исследованиям в области развития технологий Индустрии 4.0 применительно к строительной отрасли в сфере развития технологий строительного производства.
Материалы и методы. Проведен библиометрический и библиографический обзор международных научных публикаций. На первом этапе принято решение использовать научные публикации, индексируемые в двух научных базах: Scopus и РИНЦ, для чего создано три выборки по ключевым словам. С учетом небольшого количества публикаций в базе данных (БД) Российского индекса научного цитирования, отвечающих поставленным требованиям, анализ публикаций осуществлен из выборки, полученной по БД Scopus. Для анализа выбрана выборка 3, как наиболее полная и подходящая. Выполнены сбор данных по научным публикациям по теме исследования, библиометрический анализ для разработки кластерной карты взаимосвязи ключевых слов и библиографический анализ для выбора научных публикаций для проведения их обзора.
Результаты. В соответствии с принятыми ограничениями работа проводилась со статьями, опубликованными в период с 2011 по 2020 гг. Всего в выборке осталась 591 публикация, данные о которых были переведены в формат .RIS с целью дальнейшего анализа и визуализации библиометрических параметров. Статей, которые содержат исследования или предложения по развитию технологий Индустрии 4.0, немного.
Выводы. Выделены две ключевые технологии Индустрии 4.0 применительно к строительной отрасли: технологии информационного моделирования и 3D-печать. Развитие технологий аддитивного строительного производства (строительная 3D-печать) является одним из наиболее динамично развивающихся направлений исследований в сфере современной строительной науки. В первую очередь, это относится к направлению «3D Concrete Printing».
